We have two one-bedroom apartments for sale in Prapoutel, Les 7 Laux, France. The apartments feature an internal "hotel" door. They are for sale individually or as a whole. We love this place and have decided to buy one larger apartment in the same development. We go during the summer as well as in the winter. Prapoutel lies between Grenoble and Chambery and can be easily reached from Grenoble airport (1 hour by car) or Chambery (45 minutes by car). In the winter we fly with one of the discount airlines to Chambery and take a taxi (at 100 euro) from there straight to the resort. For the more sensible amongst us there is a bus operational between the resort and either grenoble or chambery airport at very little cost. Excellent letting opportunities particularly in the ski season. We use a local agent to get all lettings organized. Simples! Prices are B001 euro: 122,500 B002 euro: 127,500 or together euro: 245,000 At this point I would point out that it is pointless making offers below these amounts as we will not sell for any amount below this. General Description of Development: Luxury development of 4 buildings (A, B, C & D) grouped around a fountain just 3 minutes walk from the older village of Prapoutel, Les 7 Laux. The development is called Les Granges des 7 Laux and our apartments were completed in July 2008. The internal and external finish is to a very high standard. We are situated right next to the ski lift, so it's literally a ski in ski out concept. We are the only apartments on the ground floor of building B so that is very private. Both apartments have a separate ski locker and a private allocated parking space in under ground. The garage is accessed via the main entrance to the building and via the entrance with an electric remote control up/over door. The apartments offer one bedroom and a bed settee in the lounge there is also a dining table with four chairs and a comfy seat. As you would expect, there is a flatscreen television, DVD player and CD/Radio Stereo. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave-oven and all utensils you would normally expect. The bathroom has a luxury shower and separate WC. In front of the apartments is a grassed area (great for sun bathing). B002 has a large west facing balcony with fantastic views.
